Today, we deliver hundreds of millions of food orders, grocery items and other products per year, to our customers in nine countries throughout the region with more than 3,000+ employees! Our food delivery business works with over 27,000 brands and almost 50,000 branches, while our q-commerce concept, talabat mart, now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman Qatar, and the UAE in 30 minutes or less!
Our philosophy is to make sure we do what is right for our ecosystem – our customers, our partners, our people, our riders, and the communities in which we operate. Our #techforgood program allows our customers a safe and convenient way to contribute to important causes in their community through donating to local and international charities directly on talabat with a focus on food insecurity in the region. Since its inception in 2020, we have facilitated the donation of well over 1 million meals to those in need, as well as donated over $1.5 million to charity with the help of our partners and customers. talabat is part of Delivery Hero, the global leader in online food delivery and q-commerce.

Role Summary
We’re looking for a Trade Campaign Manager to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store “tMart”, which is the region’s first cloud store concept offering 30-minutedelivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. The service has expanded rapidly across Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, Oman and Iraq!
You are responsible for planning and coordinating events to promote a particular project, including advertising initiatives and marketing campaigns. Your duty also includes coordinating the efforts of various stakeholders and marketing roles, and developing strategic plans for communicating a brand message
What’s On Your Plate?
- Own talabat mart country trade campaign strategy and calendar in alignment with country comercial lead.
- Plan, project manage and measure all talabat mart campaigns.
- Work closely with Category and Grocery Marketing on opportunities to grow sales and surface assortments and promotions.
- Support in management of creative production for trade-driving campaigns
- Set up media assets in app inc. campaign landing pages, banners, boosted SKUs
- Plan and execute tailored and targeted campaigns to drive growth
- Coordinate between commercial teams and marketing teams to align on featured promotions and products.
- Proactively recommend and support in the development and implementation of new strategies to boost volume growth, while keeping margins on target
- Analyze all on-going campaigns, including daily tracking of performance and budget management
- Execute all aspects of the life-cycle management process, from initial sourcing and market introduction to deletion
- Conduct and implement a competitive intelligence and market insights review process
- Analyze data sets to identify consumer and market trends, and suggest high impact growth strategies
- Work with the Marketing team to develop content to drive brand awareness, sessions, new customer acquisition and orders
- Work with CRM and Performance teams to identify and track campaign success in delivering business objectives, analyze relevant data streams to lead improvements
What Did We Order?
- 3+ years work-related experience in Campaign Management / Marketing / Category Management
- Experience with E-commerce/FMCG/grocery retailers is a plus
- Ability to manage complexity and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders – experience in a matrixed, high growth company will be valued
- Strong analytical skills, experience with data visualization software is a plus (Looker, Tableau)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and often ambiguous environment, with strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- You have strong communication skills both in English and Arabic
