Partner with the best

As a Lead Technical Support you will be responsible for pre and post-sales support of customer issues. You will provide technical guidance for both returns and field service activities at our client sites. You will have the opportunity to

identify and implement improvements to our products and services.

As a Lead Technical Support – Cementing, you will be responsible for:

Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues and resolving post sales technical issues.
Being the subject matter expert for the relevant area of support
Being involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working
Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
Handling diverse clients in a region following frameworks to get through the processes.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 4 years of experience in services
Have experience in Cementing, Coiled Tubing and Production Enhancement
Have minimum of 5 additional years in technical support
Have good communication skills both verbal and written in English
