Duties and Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of all aspects of the ERP – Financial Management, HR & Payroll, Procurement, Sales and Account, Projects modules
Requirement:
- Gathering, design and build and test, & training
- Provide requirement documentations – convert requirements to functional specs and functional design documents and carry out execution
- carry out and provide Gap analysis, as is process and to be process
- Work closely with IT and & key stakeholders to define, design, and implement the application and or modules against business need
- Configure and showcase Financial Management processes/systems: How solution meets business requirements through for e.g., Chart of Accounts, Consolidation of Accounts, Financial Reporting per Business unit/department, Exchange Rates, Intercompany Accounting, Ledger Accruals and Allocations, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash and Bank Management, HR & Payroll, PSC, Sales and Accounts
- Mentor other consultants where required in delivering according to expectations, take ownership and deliver successful completion of projects including documentations and creation of user manuals, process and procedures etc.
- Produce design documentation and technical specifications, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans etc.
- Conduct functional testing of modifications and sub-processes during the implementation process
- Test and deploy Microsoft Dynamics (365) system and or modules, including executing the pilot/implementation/deployment of new requirements

- Must have end to end SDLC expertise
- Have experience with Data migration activities and approach
Qualification:
- CA, Bachelor’s degree (in Business or Finance) from reputable university
- Minimum 8 Years of experience
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics ERP (MS 356, &) and previous MS versions including 2012
- Have had hands on development of Dynamics ERP modules including Project Management & Accounting, Finance including AP/AR, General Ledger, HR & Payroll, Fixed Assets, Supply Chain
- Excellent experience with MS Business Intelligence reporting
- Must be Arabic speaker
