Administration Executive – Employee Health and Benefits

Job Description

  • Responsible for Day-to-day administration and management of Corporate Clients.
  • Action addition/deletion requests (Follow Process End-to-End).
  • Understand the client business issues, needs and expectations.
  • Agree and implement service deliverables.
  • Make sure that claims are submitted as per the agreed procedure.
  • Insure that claims are processed as per the agreed terms.
  • Insure that policy documents and endorsements are sent on time to clients.
  • Keeping a record of all documents that are sent out or received and filing them correctly
  • Checking all policy documentation/invoices/cards before sending them out to the client
  • Comply with Marsh Compliance Procedures and Quality practices and Policies.

  • Assist the Client Manager/Team Head in Policy Renewal functions
  • Other duties as may be required from time to time.
