Administration Executive – Employee Health and Benefits

Job Description
- Responsible for Day-to-day administration and management of Corporate Clients.
 - Action addition/deletion requests (Follow Process End-to-End).
 - Understand the client business issues, needs and expectations.
 - Agree and implement service deliverables.
 - Make sure that claims are submitted as per the agreed procedure.
 - Insure that claims are processed as per the agreed terms.
 - Insure that policy documents and endorsements are sent on time to clients.
 - Keeping a record of all documents that are sent out or received and filing them correctly
 - Checking all policy documentation/invoices/cards before sending them out to the client
 - Comply with Marsh Compliance Procedures and Quality practices and Policies.
 - Keeping a record of all documents that are sent out or received and filing them correctly.
 - Assist the Client Manager/Team Head in Policy Renewal functions
 - Other duties as may be required from time to time.
