Job description:

The job holder will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and participating in conducting cyclical audits.

This role will be located in Jeddah and you’ll be reporting to the Finance Manager.

To ensure success, you must have a high level of accuracy, in-depth knowledge of accounting and finance-related regulations and legislations, and be able to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality.

Accountant responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts
Participate in the preparation of the financial statements
Process payments of VAT and Zakat and participate in preparing VAT statements.
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Process invoices and follow up with suppliers and partners as needed.
Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
Compile and analyze financial statements
Accurately prepare and process payments via electronic channels.

المهارات

To ensure success, you will need:

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or in any relevant field.
with 0 – 2 years experience within the finance field.
The Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA) membership
Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals.
Good written & spoken English & Arabic.
Excellent Computer Skills (MS, OS, and other computer-related skills), familiarity with accounting software, SAP is a plus.
Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
High Integrity and confidentiality.

Operating Environment:

The job holder will operate the work on a normal shift from the office.
Working outside the office or after the working hours, on weekends, holidays is necessary to perform work. Traveling inside or outside Kingdom occasionally may be involved.
