الوصف الوظيفي
Jobs at this level are responsible for identifying potential accounts/clients for STC, managing short selling cycles and providing on – going support to STC’s clients. They are also responsible for performing moderately complex analysis of customer data, developing basic sales and account management reports.
• Provide required support in developing and managing relationships with accounts across verticals.
• Interact with small accounts to sell STC’s products in line with company marketing strategies and tactics to deliver on sales/profit targets.
• Coordinate with existing accounts to identify new business opportunities and participate in building revenue streams to maximise profits.
• Support Account Managers in their interactions with clients to sell STC’s products in line with company marketing strategies and tactics to deliver on sales/profit targets.
• Support Account Managers in devising a detailed account plan that addresses customer requirements, in order to maximize STC’s profits.
• Analyse secondary research data related to potential clients and devises necessary programs/plans based on account management procedures, informing status of sales to Account Managers on a regular basis.
• Coordinate with relevant departments and ensures customers are satisfied with STC’s products/services, ensuring all account related service issues are effectively addressed.
• Participate in the development of client proposals/presentations and ensures these are comprehensive, in order to highlight STC’s full range of relevant products/services.
• Support in tender process, establishing appropriate contractual agreements by coordinating with Regulatory and Corporate Affairs Sector and Legal General Directorate work units.
• Coordinate regularly with other sales executives and Account Managers, in order to keep them updated on all sales activities and customer enquiries.
• Support cross-functional projects for developing tailored products and services to STC’s clients, in order to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Perform moderately complex analysis on account statistics and participates in developing sales and account management reports, in a timely manner, as applicable to the role.
• Work with sales executives in resolving sales enquiries/complaints, in line with predefined account management principles.
• Review all requisite documentation related to STC’s products and transactions, ensuring accuracy of the statistics reported in the documents.
• Review customer database entries on a regular basis and ensures these are accurate, in a timely manner, as applicable to the role.
