Siemens Large Drives Applications (LDA) engineers and produces heavy-duty electrical drive systems for medium and high voltage ranges: electrical motors, converters, and generators. Additionally, we offer special large drives for ships, mines and rolling mills. Our digitalization expertise and outstanding service keeps the performance and availability of your drives always at the maximum. Join our Large Drives Applications (LDA) Team as the Service Engineer and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a smarter place for tomorrow. Your Role – Challenging And Future-Oriented! • Programming and scripting knowledge, as well as planning, configuring, testing and monitoring new systems. • Successfully applies, develops and shares knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of particular area of specialization. Builds up basic knowledge and broadens to whole product and system portfolio. Involvement in technology development as a team member. • Develops new soft- and/or hardware tools and technologies to meet technical, budget and schedule requirements, i.e. component work. • Identify and resolve software problems as they arise. • Determine opportunities to improve efficiency and stability in data processing and workflow. • Work with other teams to ensure software and hardware systems are designed to support organizational goals. • Perform routine checks to ensure hardware and systems are stable and operating efficiently Your Qualifications And Skills – Digital And Solid! • Fresh Graduate. • Education: Holding a B.E. degree in Computer Engineering or related discipline.
