Senior Project Manager – ICT

Job Description

Job Description :

  • The PM will be B2B SPOC for the Mega Project Implementation
  • The PM's primary responsibility will be to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and that the customer is engaged and satisfied with the progress
  • The PM resources will be funded through Professional Services charges added to the Mega Project's budget
  • The duration of a PM's assignment will be specified in the scope of the project.
  • Collect all project documents (proposal, PO, business case, contracts )
  • Create Project Charter and Project Plan.
  • Hold a Kick off with all relevant stakeholders and with the customer to align on deliverables and timelines.
  • Issue work orders to vendors and review/approve their invoices.
  • Manage all project documentation.
  • Support B2B Operations with any Billing or Invoice Payment issued.
  • Implement Quality and Change Orders processes.
  • Monitor and issue periodic reports on Progress for internal as well as external stakeholders.
  • Obtain necessary sign-offs and acceptance from the customer to close all milestones.
  • Identify any up-sell opportunities and refer them to appropriate sales or business development channels.
  • PMP certification.
  • Experience with large/complex IT and Telecom projects.
  • Bi-Lingual ability to communicate.
