Jobs at this level are responsible for for setting the analytics innovation strategy across STC, including the assessment of potential use cases to use existing STC data for innovative analyses for both internal and external purposes . They are also responsible for designing and delivering analytics solutions including dashboards, reports, tools, solutions, real-time and interactive analysis that can be productised. The role holder also ensures the support to the business units in the commercialisation of the analytics products delivered by the unit.
• Participates in Set the strategy and roadmap for the definition of analytics innovation use cases and products to be explored by STC
• Coordinates the work with BU product teams to develop solid business cases for investing in brand new areas and obtain buy-in from senior management
• develops the definition of innovative ways to use STC data to generate insights for internal and /or external usage
• develops the testing of new technologies, data, and products aimed at identifying opportunities to turn new ideas or technologies into commercial products
• Drives analytics self-empowerment, and expands analytical capabilities with new technologies in a responsible manner, leveraging existing investments while adding to internal capabilities in a productized and deployable way
• Uses the analytics capabilities built to create analytics products to be provided to the BUs to monetize STC insights
• Manages the analytics innovation cycle of generating insights, championing ideas, implementing projects based on internal efficiencies and external usage of the data insights
• Oversees the execution of data analyses from data sourcing until the execution of the technical analysis (data science)
• Participates in Supporting the BU/FUs in the commercialisation of the analytical capabilities built and of the finalised analytics products to third parties by adding expert view and methodology explanation.
• Performs other responsibilities and tasks related to the job as directed by line manager.
