• Creates an operating environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction. • Monitors the performance of the outlet/restaurant on through verification and analysis of guest satisfaction systems and financial reports. Initiates corrective action. • Provide leadership to the outlet/restaurant staff and develop a strong management team capable of meeting and exceeding the needs of a customer-focused operation. . • Maintains product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations and investigating complaints. Initiates corrective action. • Participate significantly in the development of strategic business plans and objectives. • Serve as Key Advisor to Executive Management and drive major strategic issues/projects. • Provide comprehensive analysis for potential acquisitions and development of existing brands. • Develops accurate and aggressive long and short-range financial objectives consistent with the Company's mission statement. • Together with the Group Executives assess opportunities for growth and improvements. • Develop a comprehensive management model and manual which will provide the ability to grow the brand. Prepares financial reports for management that clearly explain operational effectiveness, trends and variances
المهارات
• Degree in Hospitality Management. • Minimum 7-8 years experience in F&B Operations and in similar position. • Entrepreneurial skills.
