We are hiring for the position of Receptionist / Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
-Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
-Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
-Receiving and sorting daily mail
-Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
-Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
-Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
-Maintain computer and manual filing systems

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

-Solid written and verbal communication skills
