Product Development Internship

Description We are looking for a fresh graduate to join the Consumer Business Department for a one-year internship contract under Zain Youth Program.

• Main responsibilities will include:
  ▪ Participating in analyzing concepts produced by Commercial functions, to identify new products, services or processes requirements, in order to complete the product development life cycle from providing doability, prepare proper documentation and following up till the product reach the ready to go live stage.
  ▪ Contributing, Simplify and develop requirement specifications as per the levels of the standard templates and using a well-organized language.
  ▪ Facilitate the communication between different functions in the company by acting as a liaison between the various business units of the company, technology teams or units and the support teams with regards of business scoping and requirements.
  ▪ Manage the relation with partners and vendors in terms of setting clear business requirements and agree on clear and proper cycles according to the business scope agreed with product owner.
  ▪ Suggesting new ideas for products, services, and initiatives that will decrease churn, maintain customer retention, and increase customer acquisition, and communicating them with the team.
  ▪ Following up on the items delivery and aid the department project manager by escalating the delays or issues.
  ▪ Performing other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
  ▪ Keep up to date with technology trends that may help the company in providing new services, reducing cost or enhance the customer experience for the customers.

What Do You Need to Qualify

• Holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecom, Electrical, Computer and Industrial) or any IT major.
