Main Accountabilities:
• Technical pre-sales support for sales team.
• Provide subject matter expertise in a pre-sales capacity for prospects, partners and sales team.
• Participate in sales meeting with prospective customers and assist in gathering requirements.
• Respond to RFI/RFPs details and work with sales team on proposal.
• Take ownership of technical sales by creating solutions for customers. This includes technical qualification, presentations, demonstrations, initiate POC’s with the customers.
• Qualification, test, and work with technical support teams in these activities.
• Collaborate with sales, Operation and technical support resources to ensure proposed deals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs and are appropriately supported by key customer technical decision-makers.
• Solve complex sales support problems and answer detailed product and service questions from prospective customers.
• Provide validated solutions designs.
• Providing technical explanation/support for sales solutions as per request.
• Manage and support the pre-sales process in cooperation with the sales and technical team. Bidding experience
• Participating in client calls with Sales Specialists and Account Executives.
• Translating complex business requirements into solutions.
• Assist Sales Specialists and Account Executives with presenting solutions to clients.
• Providing advice regarding architectural questions, product prerequisites, product features, etc…
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key partners.
• Work with Sales Personnel to provide product, business and argumentative technical competitive solutions in support of pre-sales activities.
• Vendor communication & Relationship.
• Following internal process with Post-Sales (Work Order).
• Updating technical knowledge and learning new products and feature sets.
• Building excellent interpersonal relationships that serve future business and develop good working relationships with major key accounts and strategic partners.
• Direct design and communicate information back to sales organization.
• Provide periodic reporting to direct manager.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Direct Manager or Executive Manager.
• Commitment to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and OHSAS.
• Responsible for staying current on competitive analyses and understanding differentiators.
• Responsible for all technical aspects of the offers (dimensioning, quotation, statement of compliance), and response to all RFIs, RFQs & RFPs from customers. Working closely with the sales team on proposals and pitches for business.
• Working closely and collaboratively with customers to devise effective solutions.
• Putting together business cases for the sales teams to support their proposals.
• Responsible for preparing for meetings and tailoring communications to address business needs of potential clients as part of the pre-sales process.
• Assess a customer’s business problem and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer objections by determining the real business problem, articulating our ability to solve their problems, and finding creative solutions.
• System design and validation.
• Preparation of technical documentation, scope of solutions, drawings and all other related documents. • Attendance at conferences and working with Subject Matter Experts, figuring out customer’s
المهارات
Education :
– BA in Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
Experience :
– At least 3-6 years of similar experience with hands on experience in Telecom vendors and operators.
– Excellent Arabic & English communication
