MENA Sales Manager

Job Description :
Our client is a leading human resource management technology provider. They are now looking for a MENA Sales Manager to join them.
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Increase share of wallet and market penetration in the MENA region through new client acquisition.Generate, develop, and close sales opportunities to international schools within a defined geographic region for company's HR products. This is a revenue-generating role and success is measured against unit sales and revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Hunting for new business to achieve regional/territory revenue targets.Researching and prospecting customers for sales pipeline development.Develop strategies and execute to improve conversions in funnel.
  • Product demos and working closely with product and marketing to improve conversion rates.Be the product expert in your region.
  • Organizing multiple face-to-face meetings in a day at schools in cities within your territory.
  • Warm handover to the account management team for onboarding the client.

Qualifications:

  • Min 5 years experience in software/SAAS sales in a solution selling role within a target driven environment.Strong hunter mentality matched with a proven aptitude for customer service
  • Superior interpersonal skills: capacity to deal with a range of individuals.Engaging presentation and persuasion skills.Very strong written and verbal technical/commercial communication skills
  • Experience in using CRM systems and Microsoft suite

Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 20,000 – 25,000 + UAE Mandatory Benefits
