Position Title: Maintenance Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 18K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus car allowance
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Description:
- Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations of the restaurant branches
- Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance
- Ensure that all restaurant machineries are at their working standards
- Conduct regular inspections to restaurants and other facilities to detect and resolve problems
- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities

Qualifications:
- Open to Asian Nationals
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in the similar role preferrably from the F&B industry
- Must have a valid UAE driving license
- Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized
