Position Title: Business Analyst
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 24K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A travel agency based in Dubai
Job Description:
- Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
- Help design, document, and maintain system processes
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product / Project team
- Deliver actionable business insights including analysis of large and complex datasets
- Work closely with IT Business systems analysts to ensure business processes align with technology solutions. Will participate in some systems analysis design sessions as needed
المهارات
Qualifications:
- Open to any nationalities
- 45 years old and below
- Must have at least 3 years’ of work experience in the same role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft and Google business applications – Word, Excel, Project, Visio
- Background in Jira/Proofhub, Figma, Bizagi Modular, Slack Platforms
- Knowledge of Scaled Agile, MOSCOW, Kano framework
