We currently offer an exciting career opportunity for an Assistant Laundry Manager. Reporting directly to Laundry Manager / Executive Housekeeper, In addition, the successful candidate is will assist laundry manager to conduct interviews, supervise, train, schedule, counsel and evaluate laundry team. Ensure that laundry equipment and facility are in best operating condition and perform laundry functions in complete compliance with IHG guidelines and requirements.
Assist Laundry Manager to control departmental financial processing. Handle concerns of guest and follow up on activities as required.
The ideal candidate has to show proven success full track in laundry supervisory role within a hotel of the same size. Must be motivated, with drive for excellence and experience with managing a diverse laundry team. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Opera and fluent English language skills (written and spoken) are also required for the role. Other languages are preferred.
