Our client is a Saudi Arabian government entity focusing on developments around a region of historical and cultural significance. They are currently seeking a candidate in asset management. The role will be to run the operations of newly built properties in the region. This will be a client-side opportunity (working for a government subsidiary).

Profile
Middle East experience; particularly Saudi ArabiaAsset Management for large-scale mix-use developmentsSemi-government (Regulatory Bodies) or Private Sector (Developers) background
