ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR II
Job Description
Summary
Provides administrative support and coordination for the assigned supervisor and department.Essential Responsibilities and Duties
2. Provides administrative assistance in such matters as preparation and maintenance of department budget, scheduling, leaves, and completion of special projects.
3. Provides research for new and revised department policies and procedures, assists with the implementation of any new or revised policies and procedures.
4. Assists in coordination of various meetings including travel arrangements, meeting place, preparation and compilation of agendas, materials, and information packages.
5. Answers and provides detailed information and route telephone calls to appropriate persons for both callers and visitors.
6. Works with department's staff, to develop appropriate processes procedures documentation, including database and information systems accordingly.Education
Bachelor's or Associate Degree/ Diploma in Hospital Administration or other related discipline is required.Experience Required
Two (2) years of related experience with Bachelor's or four (4) years with Associate Degree/ Diploma is requiredOther Requirements(Certificates)
Saudi National Only.
