  • Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
  • Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
  • Maintain all work with excel in daily basis
  • Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors
  • Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing
  • Handling petty Cash Records.
  • Send Quotation and Purchase Order by Busy software as per order.
  • Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly
  • Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit
  • Knowledge about Vat.
  • Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting
  • Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet tatement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Desperation, Fixed Assets.
  • Tally ERP.

Requirements:

  • BCom + MS Office+Tally + 2 years gulf experience
  • Knowledge on English (Spoken & Written)
  • Working experience with Real estate Company will be added advantage.
  • Available to join immediately
  • Candidate should be locally available by transferable/visit visa. Comprehensive salary + Visa + medical insurance provided.
