Job Description:
- Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.
- Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.
- Maintain all work with excel in daily basis
- Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors
- Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing
- Handling petty Cash Records.
- Send Quotation and Purchase Order by Busy software as per order.
- Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly
- Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit
- Knowledge about Vat.
- Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting
- Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Buffer Accounts, Balance sheet tatement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, work, Scrutiny of Desperation, Fixed Assets.
- Tally ERP.
Requirements:
- BCom + MS Office+Tally + 2 years gulf experience
- Knowledge on English (Spoken & Written)
- Working experience with Real estate Company will be added advantage.
- Available to join immediately
- Candidate should be locally available by transferable/visit visa. Comprehensive salary + Visa + medical insurance provided.
