- The PM will be B2B SPOC for the Mega Project Implementation
- The PM's primary responsibility will be to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget and that the customer is engaged and satisfied with the progress
- The PM resources will be funded through Professional Services charges added to the Mega Project's budget
- The duration of a PM's assignment will be specified in the scope of the project.
- Collect all project documents (proposal, PO, business case, contracts )
- Create Project Charter and Project Plan.
- Hold a Kick off with all relevant stakeholders and with the customer to align on deliverables and timelines.
- Issue work orders to vendors and review/approve their invoices.
- Manage all project documentation.
- Support B2B Operations with any Billing or Invoice Payment issued.
- Implement Quality and Change Orders processes.
- Monitor and issue periodic reports on Progress for internal as well as external stakeholders.
- Obtain necessary sign-offs and acceptance from the customer to close all milestones.
- Identify any up-sell opportunities and refer them to appropriate sales or business development channels.
- PMP certification.
- Experience with large/complex IT and Telecom projects.
- Bi-Lingual ability to communicate.
