To direct Alkholi Organization Development activities covering the development and implementation of organization design initiatives that aim to drive organizational effectiveness, ensure the delivery of a robust organization and governance framework and enable the achievement of Tabadul’s strategic objectives.
Responsible for ensuring effective HR services are provided to the business by participating in the design and managing the work implementation of various HR projects and organizational development initiatives. And responsible for reviewing key operational human resource metrics and undertaking initiatives for improvement.
Strategy Development
- Direct the development of the Department’s strategic plans, objectives, and initiatives related to organizational development.
- Ensure the timely provision of data and reports to the leadership in order to support in planning, decision making and continuous improvement
- Monitor monthly and quarterly performance results, identify performance gaps and ramifications, and lead the development of corrective actions that tackle the root causes
Organization Development
- Direct the identification and execution of Organizational Development strategies and interventions to foster a high performance culture in alignment with Alkholi strategic objectives
- Develop and manage the organizational capability infrastructure and framework ensuring effectiveness and consistency of organizational design and governance
- Develop the framework and oversee the implementation of organization design projects in areas such as organization structure, operation model, governance framework, delegation of authority, policies, systems and processes; performance management etc. in alignment with Alkholi strategic direction and objectives
- Direct and oversee the assessment of organizational needs and the design, implementation and evaluation of programs supporting organization needs while ensuring compliance with any applicable legislation and regulations
- Direct the ownership of Alkholi organizational development initiatives and monitor performance of OD programs periodically
- Review and approve suggested changes to the organizational structure and functional statements
- Provide guidance and coaching as needed to internal stakeholders on organization development best practices to raise awareness and foster excellence across Alkholi
- Oversee the identification and creation of job roles in alignment with Alkholi strategic objectives and approve new job descriptions for the same
- Oversee the development and implementation of Alkholi corporate governance mechanisms to ensure efficiency and accountability
- Drive the development and implementation of Alkholi employee performance management systems and ensure adherence to related policies and procedures
- Drive the development of a comprehensive career development framework to ensure continuous progression opportunities for Alkholi employees
- Direct change management processes, initiatives and strategic transformational projects as needed, and ensure alignment with the organizational strategic plan and priorities
- Direct the identification and execution of organizational culture enhancement activities, tools and processes and provide support across the HR sector in developing related policies, job descriptions, and other human capabilities tools in alignment with Alkholi strategic objectives
Financial Management
- Manage the allocation of budget across the Department to ensure complete adherence and highlight any deviation from the plan in a timely manner and take corrective action as necessary and in line with the approved governance process
- Consolidate all reporters budget input to formulate the Department budget and submit to leadership for approval and further consolidation
People Management
- Formulate workforce planning reports and talent acquisition plan and budgets for the Department to ensure adequate staffing for optimal operational smoothness, and submit to the leadership for approval
- Set performance management objectives for all reporters and perform mid-year and year end performance reviews. Monitor performance and give ad-hoc advice when necessary to ensure that performance objectives are met
- Identify talent for pivotal roles from a succession management standpoint to ensure business continuity and liaise with Learning and Development Manager for necessary training programs
- Provide guidance to reporters on operational and people management matters. Provide reporters with mentoring and coaching when necessary in order to ensure that they are well equipped to tackle the operational requirements from a professional and behavioral standpoint
المهارات
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related major
- 7-9 years in relevant filed
- Relevant technical certifications preferred.
