Senior Consultant – Public Sector
- Developing and implementing tailored strategies and business models in a dynamic international project environment and supporting our clients to master their challenges.
- Working closely with the project manager for one or more project modules in the Public Sector space.
- Directly interact with clients and guide module teams showing innovation at all levels.
- Finalize and present deliverables to the client.
- Develop market strategies, accompany clients in post-merger situations and optimize organizational structures and support performance improvement programs.
- Retain excellent working relationships with our current clients to ensure that project scope is met bringing steady and constant quality in all outputs.
- Being a key pillar in our organization and an important interface to our client.
- Working with public and private sector clients across the region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master graduate, preferably with an Engineering, Science, Business, Finance degree from a global top university or business school.
- 4+ years of experience in consulting in the Public Sector space with top tier strategy firms
- Outstanding analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with proven experience in quantitative analysis
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluent in English, Arabic speaking is an advantage
- Presenting results to clients
- Middle East experience preferred but not necessary
