Research Assistant

Detailed role description

We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented Research Assistant to aid our project by preparing interviews and summarizing results. You will also work with other research members team. Ultimately, you will be responsible for managing multiple tasks, but understand when one is more important than another to complete it on time.

  • Schedule and conduct interviews
  • Select a place to conduct interviews and obtain permission from all participants
  • Analyze data using various statistical methods
  • Translate data collected to English if needed
  • Maintain quality standards to preserve the integrity of data and findings
  • Write reports to summarize data and the implications of the results
  • Support in conduction and data collection of the Workshop consultation

Skills required for this position

  • Intermediate to advance English language level Writing and Speaking is required
  • Has an experience in research work field
  • Strong Interpersonal and communication Skills
  • Proven work experience as a Research Assistant or similar role for 1-2 years
  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Knowledge of research methods
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent time management skills
  • A Social/health Sciences degree or relevant field is preferred
