Job Description:
1. Strong Knowledge on Oracle EBS Technical components. Extensive hands on experience in customizations with PLSQL, Interfaces, Conversions, Forms, Reports, Workflows, OA Framework.
2. Sound experience in EBS R12.2 Upgrade/Enhancements/Implementation Projects in Multi geography and with localization and multi lingual requirement
3. Good Communication and team leading capabilities. Able to coordinate with different teams, customer stakeholders. Distribute and get the work done with the assigned team to complete the deliverables on time.
4. Ability to understand functional design documents based on fit-gap analysis performed to develop it and test thoroughly.
5. Good understanding of EBS Finance or SCM modules with end to end business flows like OTC or PTP.
6. Individual contributor and able to support team when needed. Mentoring junior team in day to day work activities.
7. Knowledge of Oracle open interface and APIs for loading data from legacy system to Oracle E-business Suite.
8. Able to troubleshoot the issues in the program developed and fix them.
9. Able to do a peer review of code developed by team member.
10. Prepare status reports for the project and highlight risks with the management for project deliverables
