Perform the assigned duties as per the set policies and procedures in order to achieve the department goals.
Receive and dispatch orders from the plant for products and goods.
Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.
Provide employees with information about orders, traffic, obstacles and requirements.
Ensures that all items to be taken out of the Warehouse are accurate, complete and existing based on documents.
Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions with the direct manager.
Provides assurance that the items taken out of the Warehouse matched the documents provided and issues and concerns encountered are properly accounted for and reported on time.
Assists in implementation and compliance monitoring of safety related projects;
Manage all important documents such as advanced shipping notice, picking slips, bills of lading etc.
Perform any other tasks related to the job assigned by the direct manager.
