الوصف الوظيفي

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to attracting employees with well-established skills, qualifications and capabilities; develop their skills and keep them in a team.
  • Directing and supervising communication and change department staff.
  • Supervising the performance of employees and setting the desired goals to ensure effective internal and external communication related to Vision 2030.
  • Responsible for preparing the necessary internal training courses related to the procedures and tools.
  • Performing any other tasks assigned by the management.
  • Coordination with relevant communication authorities.
  • Overseeing the planning and implementation of events and activities related to internal and external communications and change management, including training.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor innovative and effective communication strategies.
  • Supervising and coordinating internally and externally regarding the implementation of communication processes and launching campaigns according to the unified communication schedule
  • Ensure the dissemination of information on all current and new initiatives and projects and details of progress with all employees.
  • Ensure the consistency of messages internally and externally and that their requirements comply with the affiliated committees.
  • Supervising coordination with approved communication channels and preparing media content reports.
  • Supervising and monitoring the training plan for the office team.

المهارات

Other Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Media, Social Sciences, Public Relations, Business Administration, Marketing)
  • 5 to 7 years of experience designing and implementing communication related activities.
  • Proficiency in the English language (both oral and written).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
