الوصف الوظيفي
- Oversee day to day operations of the site
- Supervising workers, subcontractors and work activities.
- Co-ordinating deliveries of materials and equipment.
- Co-ordinating contractors to start work on the site at the planned time.
- Assessing safety hazards.
- Helping management to create the work program and oversee project to completion
- Understanding client requirements and interfacing between client and departments within the organization.
- To understand the technical requirements of the work and be able to explain the same to others
- Provide positive direction to motivate and implement quality performance
- Communicate with clients effectively regarding the implementation queries
- Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the management.
المهارات
- Professional and polite communication skills.
- Understanding of site work and everything involved (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, etc).
- Good time management .
- Knowledge in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge in MS office.
- Speaks English and Arabic.
- Preferably present in the Kingdom.
- Has valid Saudi drivers license and car.
