الوصف الوظيفي

  • Develop HR policies and direct and coordinate human resources activities such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, discipline, resolution of legal issues and requirements, and delivering employee services by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
  • Plan, systematize, and manage the organization under the guidance provided by the General Manager in the area of Human Resources in order to meet organizational objectives of efficiency, cost effectiveness, and growth.
  • Ensure smooth, efficient and cost-effective operation of the Human Resources Dept.
  • Define the corporate vision and mission objectives and develop comprehensive strategies to achieve them.
  • Be jointly responsible for achieving the vision and mission of the dr. CAFE®.
  • Submit regular reports to the General Manager as enumerated in an attachment at the end of this Job Description.
  • Support and promote the goals and objectives of the dr. CAFE® by providing the best services that promote a work environment characterized by fair treatment of staff, open lines of communications, personal accountability, trust, quick conflict resolution, and mutual respect.
  • Provide solutions to workplace issues that support and optimise the operating principles of the dr. CAFE®.
  • Quickly resolve labour and employment issues or conflicts for the mutual benefit of all sides involved.
  • Manage the development, implementation, maintenance, and coordination of computerized human resources information systems (HRIS).

المهارات

  • At least five (5) years experience in senior management responsibilities in a blue chip company or in a high growth fast paced environment.
  • Experienced in organizing an efficient HR Management System.
  • Well versed in strategic thinking and planning. Can be a strategic consultant to senior management.
  • Capable in Training, Career Development, and building and organization’s capabilities.
  • Computer literate with knowledge on establishment and maintenance of databases, word processing, spreadsheets and capable to do Power Point presentations.
  • Must have the drive and ability to make constant changes for improvements.
  • With excellent time management discipline.
  • Energetic and results driven.
  • Ability to lead, resolve conflict, team building and work with personnel of diverse nationalities and disciplines.
  • A leader – can set dr.CAFE® directions through effective communication of the dr.CAFE® mission, vision and objectives.
  • Leads by example in terms of work habits and ethics, integrity, and honesty.
  • Able to organize, lead, coach and make teams and team members work harmoniously with each other.
  • Can make things happen and the work done on time through people.
  • Ability to develop a corporate culture and customer service orientation that encourage people to enhanced quality of performance and volume of output.
  • Strong communication and public relations skills.
