We are seeking ambitious ladies to join our team as Call Centre Agents and Sales Representatives, specializing in the placement of domestic workers with families who wish to hire a domestic worker. (Full-time Live-In).
You will be able to join an industry leader in domestic services in Dubai. Joining our professional and experienced Sales Team allows you to demonstrate your exceptional talents and competencies while also growing and developing further with our excellent onsite training and mentoring. We build a family atmosphere at HousekeepingCo, where we all work together to support one another and deliver the highest quality Domestic Workers for our clients.
Immediate Opening:
Working Hours: 8 Hours Per day | Weekly 1 Day Off.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide outstanding customer service by demonstrating excellent language skills per client, such as being bilingual in English or Arabic, both written and oral.
- Manage day-to-day interface and relationships with cross-functional teams (Recruitment, Sales, operation, product management and product marketing) to ensure an efficient lead qualification to conversion process is maintained.
- Stay well versed in the latest updates in social media platforms, and identify emerging trends and platforms in digital marketing and social media.
- Maintain good understanding of competitor services, strategies, and tactics to device and deploy winning strategies in the marketplace
- Follow the sales tactics to drive market opportunities and implement the campaign specifics to achieve the revenue goals. To ensure the monthly sales goals are met.
- Ensure that a high level of quality and attention to detail is applied throughout, and that the correct information is acquired from the client for contract use, service updates, and renewals.
- Work efficiently as part of a team to finish the sale and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the transaction.
- Demonstrate great product and service knowledge, always taking pride in the organization you work for and our products and services.
- Work within well-defined KPIs and targets. Maintaining profitable relationships with both current and new consumers.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills, great phone etiquette and elevated speech Provide knowledgeable and accurate answers to customers thru phone/email enquiries/online chat regarding services and prices.
- Perform sales cycle including adding new clients, relationship management, contracts negotiations, payment collection, Understand the services needs of clients and help them to select the right package or services
