Overview :
We are looking for BIM modeler who has extensive experience in modeling/drafting dry utilities. In this role, the candidate will perform modeling as per his designer instructions. He should have the knowledge of Street lighting and Telecommunications infrastructure modeling by BIM/CAD software.
Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge of CAD/BIM standards

Have the skills in Dry utility drafting such as (ELV, Street lighting, infrastructure telecommunications)

Prepare technical drafting and modeling drawings for the infrastructure (Dry Utilities) Division.

Collaboration and coordination with other disciplines on design changes and model challenges.

Liaise with Project Engineers on information requirements, project progress, and any potential delays.

Utilizing Civil3D and Navisworks to coordinate interference/clash detection and resolutions.

Creating engineering drawings based on concepts, sketches, and requirements.

Using BIM software and tools to coordinate design documentation.

Contribute to the effective functioning of the team by identifying with and contributing to the team's objectives, communicating and sharing knowledge.

Supports wet utility team.
Qualifications:

High School Diploma (or equivalent)

8+ years of relevant experience

Experience in BIM Software (Civil3D & Navisworks)

Experience in CAD Software (AutoCAD)

Revit experience preferred
