Transport Supervisor

Always lending a helping hand with a smile. As a Transport Supervisor, you will be leading the function to arrange all travel arrangements of our guests so they have unforgettable experience while staying with us

What you will be doing:

As a Transport Supervisor and a Front Office team member, you are part of a team that is responsible for the smooth arrival, stay and departure experiences of the guests
Personalize guests’ orientation about the destination in a professional, friendly and engaging way
Maintain presence in the lobby as an ambassador of the property and brand, offering exceptional service to the guests
Maintains effective communication with all related departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Ensure that all travel arrangements of our guests is well organized with internal and external partners

Your experience and skills include:

Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset
Should have at least 2 years experience as Transport Supervisor role in Front Office.
Should have previous experience in handling, assisting and coordinating busy operations for airport pickups and drop offs
UAE Light Vehicle Driving License Holder is mandatory
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
