We are hiring a
Senior Director of Information Technology (Remote)
who will provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing IT initiatives to improve cost effectiveness and support business growth in a constantly changing, competitive marketplace. The span of control will include Information Security, Cloud & Network Systems Operations (AWS), back office systems (Finance, HR, CRM, etc), desktop support, and vendor management. Experience with HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC-2, and healthcare PHI required. Information Security: Lead all InfoSec initiatives, including HIPAA certification, HITRUST and client security compliance, management of PHI. SOC 2 compliance. Ensures that enterprise information systems operate according to internal standards, external regulatory standards, and legal requirements. Develops the operational and capital expense budgets for the IT requirements of the company and manages to those budgets to ensure the most cost effective and productive use of technology. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with staff and clients. Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Ability to successfully work to reach company goals in an environment in which a wide degree of creativity and latitude is required of this position. Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
Required Qualifications
The candidate must
have at least a Bachelor’s degree
and ten (10) years of related experience
in increasingly responsible IT management positions where excellent performance and employee management skills have been emphasized. Demonstrated experience with HIPAA, HITRUST, SOC-2, and healthcare PHI required.
