Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Install and configure the Point of Sale system on customer devices.
  2. Test and deliver Point of Sale System to customer.
  3. Identify and correct problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback.
  4. Contribute to the development of new solutions through design, testing, and delivering the best solutions.
  5. Develop excellent client relationships and respond to any client’s inquiries.
  6. Handle client tickets and ensure solving issues or inquiries that arise any time during or after the implementation of the project in a timely and accurate manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Ensure continuous learning concerning new technologies related to SAP.
  8. Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards.

Skills Required:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Point of Sales Implementation, administration, or configuration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Support role.
  • 0-2 years of experience in software development and development support.
  • Knowledge of any programming language is recommended.
  • Knowledge of SQL scripting is recommended.
