This role is graded 16-15, reporting to Production Manager, to be based in Dammam.Your responsibilities
- Conducts all types of electrical cabling and wiring to produce a semi-finished or final products/systems/panels. Work is typically by using light hand tools
- The job includes understanding the hook up, P&ID, GAD, Wiring, Cable schedule and termination drawings for the given project and securing the material required for integration form stores.
- Performing cable laying, bending, glanding and termination for instruments, PLC and electrical panel as per the drawings provided
- Assisting in functionality check of analyzer house by loop checking, PLC logic and healthiness of other electrical components during internal testing and customer FAT / SAT
- Able to trouble shoot the HVAC and other electrical equipment for proper functioning
- Able to supervise the team of technicians and monitor the quality of workmanship and progress of the job
- Keep the stock of the issued materials at any point of time
- Should provide the mark up drawings for the as built systems to include the changes
- Conducts shop floor operation in compliance with health & safety guidelines and reports any non-compliance
- Operates within standard operating procedures and maintains a clean work area.
Your background
- Ideally, you'll hold a Diploma / Industrial training / specialized course, with the following requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in assembling the sample conditioning systems and analyzer house integration
- Good verbal communication skills in English Language
- Able to read and understand the drawings.
- Technical know how on analytical products and systems preferred.
