(Engineering and Premises Management Services Supervisor)
Location: Amman- Jordan
Responsibilities/Tasks:
Assisting the unit manager in supervising and coordinating the activities of all engineering documentation.
Planning , implementing and monitoring the preventive maintenance programs.
Assuring the availability of replacement parts.
Communicating the departments for works organization.
Observing the execution and work completion.
Observing the repair works, daily checking of maintenance request by other departments.
Review and follow up maintenance contracts.
Job Qualifications & special skills:
Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
Good command in written and spoken English.
At least 7 years exp. Two of them in similar rule.
BMS knowledge.
