Duties & Responsibilities
Job Summary
The TA works to engage the college community and provides in creating institutional culture and capacity for innovative design with emerging technologies. The TA works closely with the university's academic groups, faculty and IT in the design, development, management and evaluation of new digital learning initiatives with educational technologies. In addition, the TA will assist in the multidisciplinary aspects in the college such as the Multidisciplinary Senior Design course.
Key Responsibilities
1.Provide support in innovation for enhancing teaching and learning through the identification, evaluation, adoption, and integration of effective educational technology innovation
2.Provide assistant and support to faculty in the area of engineering education and Technology Innovation.
3.Planning questionnaires and surveys to collect data from the classes to assess video capturing class activities
4.Provide and propose activities to meet goals of technology-enhanced curricula.
5.Work collaboratively and effectively with faculty throughout the university to provide pedagogical and technical support to design, develop projects that enrich teaching and learning through the use of immersive technologies.
6.Perform other tasks and duties that may be occasionally required in order to meet the requirements of the role and the aims of the University
