Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business video meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Conducting telephonic or video interviews
Shortlisting Candidates and Sending Job Description to match client's requirement.
Taking Follow Up for Interviews.
Convincing candidates to enroll with our services.
Prepare monthly and daily report.
Assist candidates to prepare client's Interview.
