Jobs at this level are responsible for participating in the design and managing the implementation of various marketing projects and ensuring assignments are in compliance with established standards. Also, they are responsible for participating in the planning and implementation of communication campaigns including media planning and management, exhibitions and events, seminars, eChannels (social media, online marketing, and telemarketing) and public relations and customer experience and lifecycle etc.
Customer Experience:
– Analyze customer experience surveys to determine trends, provide recommendations for improvement to reverse negative trends and recognize positive scores and behaviors.
– Contribute in the development of required strategies and plans to manage customer lifecycle, retain them and promote up-selling and cross selling of potential products and services.
– Supervise complaint management process to ensure that all customer complaints are properly prioritized, recorded and handled within the prescribed timelines and quality standards. – Ensure customer complaints arriving from different mediums are being resolved with timeliness and accuracy and further improvement initiatives are being recommended.
– Maintain relationships with key customers, promote STC’s products and services, in order to maximize business opportunities loyalty and retention. Generic Role:
– Coordinate across a number of work units within the specified area of work, to ensure efficient work flows and accurate outputs.
– Manage marketing and corporate communication projects and initiatives, as may be required by the senior reporting.
– Conduct research to stay abreast of best practices in order to bring forward ideas for continuous improvement in relevant policy areas.
– Manage collation of market and competitor data of various STC’s products and services and supervises complex analysis of this data, to highlight trends to reporting seniors.
– Review technical reports and statistics developed by the team, ensures accuracy of results reported and supports in improving the efficiency of reported figures.
– Supervise identification of new sources of marketing information, highlights these to immediate seniors and ensures all internal requests for market information are effectively addressed.
– Contribute in the preparation and analysis of management reports, highlighting areas of consideration and recommending future actions. – Coordinate across a number of work units within the specified area of work, to ensure efficient work flows and accurate outputs.
– Supervise teams, if needed, to ensure work continuity.
– Liaise with other supervisors to build effective working relationships and identifies synergies.
– Develop and supervises the respective team members, if needed, for undertaking higher responsibilities.
