Job Description

To ensure proper storing / barcoding / pricing / hangering / tagging of all incoming material as per suppliers code
To ensure removal of all delivery materials as per the specifications and all the right packets/cartons (outgoing )
Posting and maintaining all records manually
To take decisions on whether the returned goods can be repairable or non repairable
Manually checking and countersigning the cartons received (incoming) and non-trading items
Responsible for all showroom/customer deliveries
To keep constant watch on damaged stock and take corrective steps on time to time
Delivery /pick list to be checked beforehand so that the customers get all the packages both in specification and in nos
To generate special reports/data as requested by Concept office/ Territory in order to understand and take a decision on certain elements of business
To give highest importance and deliver special requests coming from showrooms during sale/event/season change
To ensure security and safety of stocks / staff in respective location
To plan and execute physical verification as advised by Finance
To keep constant watch on entire concept stock movement process and advise warehouse managers in taking right decisions
To study and implement best warehousing practices in terms of space management, inventory management, reducing losses, creating favourable workplace etc
To involve and support in special project carried out either by territory or concept
