Marketing Executive – L’Occitane

Job Description

Addional tasks might be required, in reasonable alignment with the job role
Adversing and Promoonal Acvies:
Analyse compeon, best pracces and new trends in local market and report to Markeng team Analysis and Reporng
Assist in building markeng plan / calendar for the different chains/brands/ markets in close cooperaon with the Department Manager and the Brand's markeng departments
Assist the Store Manager in the development of the sales force animaon program (staff training, incenves, data collecon)
Be involved in all aspects of markeng and media from planning, adversing, promoons, public, media relaons, product development and research
Build, maintain and update good database (CRM) through consolidate informaon from shop floors Carry out local market research, customer survey, assessing customer demands, brand posioning, monitor competors acvies, and evaluang market campaigns
Channel all suppliers and customers informaon (animaon / training / launch plan) to stores/shop managers, area, and Department/ Division Manager
Collect customer feedback to define acons that will aract new customers and returning customers more oen
Communicate all required informaon about animaon / visibility to the suppliers
Conduct monthly reports on customer insights, sales analysis, and traffic in store
Coordinate with adversing agencies and clients on media plans
Coordinate, organize and ensure implementaon of the operaonal in-store acon plan to increase
customer acquision, retenon, sasfacon, cross sell & up sell sales and services
Customer Data Base:
Define the media and PR plan by briefing the adversing agency
Ensure preserving the image of the brand at the POS by respecng its merchandising guidelines
Follow up closely on the plans implementaon, schedule and acvies in all concerned markets
Handle live coverage on social media plaorms
Handle the markeng plan forecast and the markeng plan orders
Handle translaon of all the documents
Implement the in-store markeng animaon plan/guidelines
Inform purchasing supervisor about markeng acvies to ensure the availability of the stock me frame
Liaise with the different departments to build the laer
Manage and coordinate with concerned pares for the producon of markeng materials being from leaflets, visuals, podiums, flyers, and preparing necessary photo shoots to pro reading press releases
Manage the various markeng budgets to organize corporate above the line and below the line

Meet and discuss with local suppliers for all markeng bookings and animaons
Monitor Store KPI's
Monitor windows, podiums and any other promoonal area ensuring promoonal acvies throughout the year, in coordinaon with the design department (3D)
Opmize service & in-store experience:
Organise, aend events, and exhibions
Oversee the performance of the campaigns and promoons and report it to the Markeng team Parcipate in relevant projects and community acvies as and when needed
