Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing a caseload of job seekers and assisting them through needs assessments, employment planning activities, career planning activities, training and service coordination, and job placement services.
- Mentor job seekers through adjusting to new employment, including providing support with work issues
- Responsible for explaining the programme to job seekers including their rights and responsibilities, whilst registering the Job Seekers in accordance to contractual obligations and eligibility criteria.
- Explain and respond to questions or concerns regarding data protection, confidentiality and ground rules of the programme and the relationship in order to achieve buy-in to the programme.
- Manages the upfront engagement with job seekers and owning the end-to-end relationship with the job seeker throughout their journey with the JPC
- Responsibility for building a coaching relationship with individual job seekers which includes strength-based communications styles, providing support and encouragement, providing constructive feedback, and serving as the primary linkage between the job seekers and programme
- Monitoring job seeker progress through regular one-on-one meetings, adjusting employment plan activities as needed, and participating in case reviews with other team members for advice as needed.
- Collaborating with the Employer Engagement Team to identify job seekers who qualify for job vacancies identified by the Employer Engagement Team and working with job seeker to prepare him or her for specific interviews.
- Meet individuals' performance measures (number of job seekers placed into employment and the number of job seekers who sustain employment) and work collegiately with other Employment Coaches to ensure total team goals are met.
- Personal circumstances include willingness to work flexible hours, for example to make retention calls, help run outreach activities outside of normal working hours.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.

المهارات
- Bachelor's degree in social services field, business administration, or related field preferred but not required.
- Experience with case management and/or coaching preferred but not required.
- Experience which shows ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-performance environment preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment with an ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
- Bi-lingual fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
