Counter Sales Executive
Job Description

Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 3 – 5 years experience in Sales and trading
- Knowledge of Qatar and GCC Market
- MS Applications & Basic computer skills
- Business fluent English
- Arabic is preferred
- Knowledge of customers services best practices
- Excellent time management, organizational, negotiation skills
Task Description:
- Determine required replacement parts, according to inspections of old parts, machine, product, customer requests, or customers descriptions of malfunctions
- Advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available
- Examine returned parts for defects, and exchange defective parts or refund money
- Help customers find the spare parts they are looking for, propose and cross sell other Spare Parts that might be needed
- Read catalogues to determine replacement part stock numbers and prices
- Prepare quotations, repair estimates, invoices and delivery vouchers for internal and external customers
- Ensure all necessary parts are in stock before issuing quotation
- Check out and process payments of the customers
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
