Role : Compliance Risk Manager
Location : Abu Dhabi
Role Purpose:

  • This position is responsible for leading the continuous improvement in process, Risk and Quality check in day to day operations in line with established standards operating procedures (SOP’s), manage operational risk management (ORM), Business Continuity Management (BCM), and also lead and support the organization in software implementations projects for software product selection, by liaison of group ITD, Vendor Management & Corporate Procurement (VMCP), Group Information Security department to deliver the business requirements in best possible way according to group policies and procedures.
  • A Supportive role is embedded in this position for system enhancements and new software implementations for the organization.

Key Accountabilities of the role

  • Manage operational risk management requirements
  • Partner with Heads of Departments & Section Managers to ensure internal compliance.
  • Establish and manage document control unit
  • Manage Document management team in organization
  • Collaborate with ITD, ICD and GISD
  • Identify and work collaboratively with all departments to make enhancements to processes that derive business performance quality, improvements, and employee productivity.
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control tests and issue periodical quality and Audit report
  • Conduct regular and periodical compliance and governance reports
  • Manage, coordinate, compile, and report corporate compliance report to Group Compliance department
  • Conduct compliance gap analysis and enhance continuously the processes to keep them updated with all new governance and regulations
  • Manage Business Continuity Requirements across organization and update the management on initiatives taken by the Group BCM department
  • Manage the Organization’s strategic decision, specials tasks / projects assigned
  • Support the organization for business information security group framework
  • Drive continuous Improvements

    f) Experience in IT related roles.

    Previous experience:

  • Overall 5+ years of experience in compliance, risk and quality in real estate field.
  • Overall 5+ year of experience in document control in real estate filed.
  • Expert in continuous process improvement and implementation of best practices.
  • Extensive experience in business process re-engineering, to ensure effective and efficient automation.
  • Specialist operational risk management.
  • Significant experience in system implementations and system process
  • Must be participated in Various projects, contributing the knowledge of the business processes defining the requirements
  • Proven team leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage the organizational strategic decisions / special Tasks/ projects
  • Professional in business continuity management

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role:

  • Strong management and communication skills
