The company is providing a wide range of Engineering Services such as Architectural and Structural design, Engineering Consultation & project management.

The Urban Planner will be responsible for addressing the planning and design aspects of urban development at all levels: the city structure, urban form and image, specific area plans, subdivision plans, streetscape plans, and site planning.
Contribute to the design and delivery of a variety of projects often happening concurrently.
Take ownership of medium to large scale design and production packages under the supervision of the Project manager.
Assist in the planning, design and implementation of infrastructure and development projects.
Work to a programme for deliverables and advise PM of any issues which may affect delivery.
Work within agreed design standards and parameters with senior staff.
Help in the review, approval and technical direction for relevant planning & technical studies.
Help in the review and approval of infrastructure and development documents and reports.
Ensure the quality of deliverables meet the expectations of senior staff. •
Work within a multidisciplinary, multicultural team.
Apply sustainability requirements of urban planning and design.
Undertake technical coordination with other disciplines. • Perform other related tasks as required

المهارات

Candidates available locally in KSA with local transfer will be preferred:

Bachelor Degree from a recognized university in Urban Planning or related field.
12:15 years relevant experience in Master planning ,urban planning, Urban design, Urban renewal, and infrastruture planning.
Experience with governmental authorities related to Urban Planning and design in Saudi Arabia.
Responsible for providing support in the preparation of Master and Urban plans, conceptual designs, illustrative layouts, and project briefs.
Expertise on Office package, AutoCAD and GIS software and tools.
Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, proactivity, and autonomy.
Good communication skills, oral and written.
Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both written and spoken.
