SOC Compliance Specialist
Job Description
Our Client
Leading MSSP based in UAE
Your Responsibilities
- Assessing, developing and maturing SOC environments in-house or as part of a consultancy engagement in one of Help AG's own SOC or enterprise clients on a regional or international level in the context of NIST CSF and SOC-CMM
- Create procedures, processes, policies, and other operational documentation in the context of SOC environments and define and follow required approval and implementation processes to ensure active improvement
- Manage deliverables and projects to achieve the agreed goals within the set timeframe and level of quality
- Provide advice to customers, operational teams and managers Act as an interface between different teams and stakeholders in internal and customer projects
- Ensure compliance to relevant standards in a defined environment support related implementation and certification activities
- Build solid knowledge on Help AG's portfolio and products and ensure full consideration of the portfolio in
- consultancy engagements
- Train junior staff and develop their knowledge in relation to the project at hand
Your Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of working experience
- Experience in SOC setup or operational improvement, assessment and enhancement based on SANS IRF, NIST CSF, and SOC-CMM –
- Good working knowledge of some of the following standards: ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, ISR, NESA, PCI-DSS, or ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO 22301, NCEMA
- Technical experience in Cybersecurity Operations concepts, and processes, including the architecture of SOC, detection, and response to Cyber Attacks, automation, and measuring efficiency in a SOC
- Strong experience in developing policies, processes, and procedures in the context of professional SOC management / operations
- Excellent consulting skills strong customer and business focus
- Fluent Arabic speaker is an added value
- University degree in a technical subject related to IT and/or Information Security
- Track record in implementing cybersecurity-related frameworks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand complex business processes and activities
- Flexible work approach, based on the job requirements
- SOC-related professional certification such as GIAC GSOM and/or CSOCP are desirable
