About the job
As a Quality Engineer at Aspire, you will develop and execute exploratory and automated tests to ensure product quality. You will be an integral part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly and meets client needs while being cost effective.
What You'll Do

• Analyze business requirements and technical solution documents to get a better understanding of the system from both technical and business perspective
• Review test cases and test sets based on the project documentation and requirements
• Communicate and report the daily, weekly and monthly status with the clients
• Convert the business objectives and the client needs into testing strategy and testing plans
• Prioritize the testing approach and synch up with the business planning and the sprint planning
• Define test planning methodologies and templates
• Understand, enhance and reflect Client work culture and existing processes
• Create the testing strategy including regression plans for the assigned development lanes

What You'll Need

• 3+ Years of experience
• Clear communicator (written and verbal)
• Knowledge and experience in technical aspects of software solutions being tested
• Business process understanding
• Solid experience in testing techniques, test data management and testing levels, methods and types
• Experience in creating and maintaining Test plan, text cases, defect reports, test status and summary reports
• Experience in Jira and Confluence
• Experience in APIs and proxy tools
• Experience in Web and Mobile Testing
• Experience in Agile framework
