A trading company requires an Office admin, who should Provide administrative support to the management and project teams. and Preparation of customer invoices and following up payments. Issuing supplier LPOs, and arranging deliveries including importing and processing cheques, cash, or bank transfer payments.
Should have Answered incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required. Performs office clerical activities such as managing the database, documentation, and recording. Providing administration support to sales agents, senior managers, and other concerned departments.
