The company is a leading and growing consumer electronics retailer within the region that has partnered with several well-known electronics brands.
Job Description
– Establishing and implementing policies, goals and strategies in correlation with related line managers
– Monitoring businesses or agencies to ensure if the services provided are those at the quality level required by the company and within the departmental budget
– Plan and direct sales promotions, whilst coordinating with the other Head of Departments and ensuring their compliance
– Maintain and track the quarterly budget of the Sales department and simultaneously directing and coordinating financial and budget activities to fund operations and increase efficiency.
– Ensuring that targets are delivered through effective and progressive people management, performance review, and adequate rewards.
– Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
– Facilitate and add value to the selling process
